Buying car seats for a new baby can be an absolute nightmare! Not to mention expensive and there are so many out there, you could go blind just trying to browse through them all to find the perfect one for you.
Cost is for many a big issue when having a new addition to the family, and therefore I have decided to conduct a list of infant car seats that I personally would recommend. And the best part?
They are UNDER £100! :)
Please note that prices can vary and the prices I have listed is what they were at the time of this article being published.
All of the infant car seats mentioned in this post are Group 0+ & rear facing from 0-13kg.
Britax
Cybex
Cosatto
Chicco
gb (GoodBaby)
Joie
Nania
Recaro
There are a couple of seats on the list that you might wonder why I have put there (you know which ones if it matters). And my explanation to that is that this list is for everyone in any situation.
All of the car seats on my list have been selected for crash testing by the ADAC in the past and had good results.
I hope that it is especially useful in situations where money is tight or maybe you find yourself urgently needing a car seat because of an emergency. That is completely up to you – but I have listed the cheapest range of infant seats I could find, that also have higher than standard testing.
They are also seats I wouldn’t mind putting my own children in.
