Fast – Simple – Easy

Bidvine is a new online platform that lets you request a service – or offer a service.

We were asked by Bidvine to try out their new website and get a feel for what it’s all about. I decided to go for a ‘man with a van’ as I am in need of a new bed and I’m tired of not being able to pick one up as I don’t have a van myself.

Other services I had a look at was; Gutter cleaning, Window cleaning, Domestic cleaning. (Yes there was a theme there – but it’s SPRING and with that comes the SPRING CLEAN yes? )

How Bidvine Works

First, you select the services you need – in my case I selected ‘Man with a van’ for my new bed collection:

Next step is relatively simple – a pop up shows up and when I press continue I answer 10 questions. These are to help me get exactly what I am looking for:

The pop-up.

I then answer the questions. They appear one at a time – but for the reader’s benefit, I have collected them on one page to show them. They are numbered as 1-10.

I found the process to be very simple and fast.

Stege 2 of the process is getting ‘bids’ sent to your inbox. These are the ‘pros’ that are offering to do the job for you. They send you their quotes and info about themselves that you would need to know and you yourself will choose who to go for. There is a maximum of 5 bids per job, but the number depends on what is available for what you need. Then the pros have 4 days to contact you with a bid.

Stage 3 is choosing the pro you want from the selection of bids that has been sent to you. You then contact them either by phone, email or via Bidvine itself.

Sounds simple, doesn’t it? If you are still not sure – take a look at these YouTube walkthroughs!

You can also read the ‘How it works’ section on their website.
